Powered by Horikita Maki of Hanazakari no Kimitachi e fame, show starts in the park where the homeless resides with a dirty Maki-chan, who was bearing the 100 MM Yen debt of her dad, who ran away.

Kind of sound like Hayate no Gotoku till this point..

Okura Shinzo, picked her up from a heli while she was running away from the dad's debtors, and made her sign a pre-nuptial whereby her 100MM Yen debt to Shinzo-san will be cleared if she fulfils all the conditions listed, which includes getting the 5 + 1 adopted sons to live as a family.

This is one show which made my jaw drop numerous times, but the ending is a bit.. K-drama? Haha! Not going to spoil the show but this is another good one from Maki-chan.
